Help text to explain tags

There should be some help text (maybe a tool tip) that explains that tags
should be comma separated.
Also, using / to create tag hierarchies should be explained.
Maybe a dummy first entry when a new diary is created which reads:
separate,tags,with,commas,group/with/slashes
?

I've added some tooltip text in revision 64.
Would appreciate this being checked to see if this is OK, before the bug is

In general, we might want to see what wxPython offers by way of integrated
help, but
I'm fine with the tooltip you added. If we want to write some more thorough
help
docs, we'll open a separate issue for that.
