AIDA webservice down

I emailed AIDA developers about the webservice being down. They responded very quickly and helpfully; they recently had a big server reset and most services are down. The new demo of Ambiverse (which includes entity linking using AIDA) is still working, but it's an in-browser demo, so we can't access it as easily from Python - I'll see if there is a way.

The developer said they'd try to revive the older demo's/web services, but I'm not counting on that before the class. There is the option of setting up Ambiverse on a server for our students, I suppose, but I don't think we can do that before the class. to be continued.

note that AIDA is also used in assignment 4 which may need to be adjusted.

The http service and browser demo are both up again.
