Modify footnote syntax to [+ footnote text]

Change from

[endnote text*]

to

[+endnote text]

Actually, it's the endnote syntax I thought should be changed. Footnotes (with the star) were fine. So
[*footnote text]
[+endnote text]
with or without a space after the marker.
