Clouds moving around in bar when watching some profiles or clouds

Not sure how many who has had this but I decided to create an issue of it anyways.
When watching some user profiles or clouds the clouds in the cloud bar move around.
There is nothing in the code which specifically edits positions of Clouds.
Though Clouds are sorted by creation date, might this occur after joining/leaving a Cloud?
It has never happened upon leaving of clouds. Just when looking at some profiles and clouds. I have asked around and it would seem as if I am the only one getting this bug.
