cannot download .torrent with aria2

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to mainpage
- Left click on a .torrent file
- Click "New remote download"
- See error
Expected behavior
Create a new download task
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: All OS
- Browser Edge
- Version 3.8.3

Aria2 reported with an error
02/04 11:22:14 [ERROR] Unrecognized URI or unsupported protocol: /api/v3/file/download/Ql74bPPW3X5uzW5S?sign=LfJMsZUfFXRdPzQvk2wPZfFTBlDaE20FmgPGJtfnpZs%3D%3A1707017534
The link for Aria2 to get .torrent file is wrong.
I encountered the same problem.
