Module still redirects to archived `loggregator` repo

code.cloudfoundry.org/loggregator redirects to https://github.com/cloudfoundry/loggregator rather than https://github.com/cloudfoundry/loggregator-release/src.
We should either change the redirect, or change the module name to something like github.com/cloudfoundry/loggregator-release.
