We're having problems installing bosh-gen. Please see attached file for the errors I got. I tried to install some of the packages it seemed to be complaining about, but again, there were issues.bu
Tried to install libcurl, got: Unable to locate package libcurl. I have libcurl3 installed.
OS: Ubuntu 16.04
gem env:
gem-env.docx
Can you try some ideas from https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10184615/cant-find-libcurl-or-curl-curl-h-runtimeerror ?
I get the following:
sudo apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libcurl4-openssl-dev : Depends: libcurl3 (= 7.47.0-1ubuntu2) but 7.47.0-1ubuntu2.8 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
Is it ok for me to close this issue as unrelated to bosh-gen? Perhaps raise issue with Canonical/Ubuntu?
I don't see a ruby/gems/dependencies group. Any idea what would be the appropriate place to raise this issue?
Well, ok. Go ahead and close the issue.
