bosh create cf cannot specify stemcell

The new stemcells seem to have changed naming convention from "bosh-stemcell-XXXX-aws-xen-ubuntu" to "bosh-stemcell-XXXX-aws-xen-ubuntu-YYYYY".
It's not possible to specify which stemcell to use if you want to pick up one of these newer stemcells.
