How do I create a MySQL instance in pcfdev-pas.v.2.1.0-build.0.8.0.dev?

I can see MySQL server, proxy and monitor running in bosh

@amitoj - we currently do not support that a service in pcfdev-pas.v.2.1.0-build.0.8.0.dev. However, we will be release a new version of CF Dev - v0.0.6 that contains a built in MySql service. Stay tuned.
