Limit the maximum number of connection to edge servers

Hello everyone,

Until recently, the default number of tunnel connections to edge servers was 4 (like "2xlax07, 2xsjc" or "2xbru01, 1xfra11, 1xfra07") which served well.

But I've noticed that the number of connections has increased to 16 in the US (like one of my Google cloud VPS gets "2xdfw01, 1xdfw05, 4xdfw06, 2xord02, 2xord07, 2xord08, 2xord10, 2xord11").

I understand that more connection means redundancy and stability, but is it too far and is it possible to limit the number of tunnel connections to, for instance, 3 or 4?
