`sre` report for Hive Metastore Detail (table_catagory_count) unexpected results from Oracle

The CTE query in PostgreSQL seems to be mixing up the alias TBL_TYPE with the table field and the results aren't the three expect values.
Need to also check for views here.
Correction, it was Oracle.
