Rename my name in contributors.csv

Hello! I happened to see my name being listed as Teo Wei Jie in the contributors.csv.
Would it be possible to change it to Zachary Teo instead?
I understand that this is likely the result of me signing the Contributor Agreement with my full name of Teo Wei Jie, Zachary; resulting in everything including and after the comma being omitted (since it is a csv)
