In IE8, text bubbles within the map do not autosize to fit the text.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In all other browsers, the text bubbles within a map autosize to fit the amount 
of text displayed.  In IE8 not only is the text a different size, but the 
bubbles do not autosize and text flows off of the bottom of the container.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser and what
operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Applying the style "height:auto" to the text bubble solves the problem of 
overflow in every browser other than IE8.
