Percentage Complete of Timeline tape

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want to be able to show a percentage complete on a timeline view in Exhibit.  
So I am using Exhibit Timeline view as a project planning web page and want to 
be able to fill in a percent complete or something similar and that is 
reflected in the timeline view.  Example if I was 50% complete on a project, 
the tape color for the project would be 50% one color, and 50% another color, 
thus representing completion percentage.


What version of the product are you using? On what browser and what
operating system?
