figure out kiln plugin css compilation

For some reason (I think a dependency update), _kiln-plugins.css is being compiled with no actual css inside of it.
fixed in commit 7d26e01. Turns out @nymag/vueify loads certain dependencies in a weird way that broke with the npm namespacing. Fixed in @nymag/vueify v9.4.4
