Inline Editor format buttons don't work to remove formating

On inline wysiwyg components, such as paragraph, you can select text and bold it, italicize, etc., but clicking the buttons again, doesn't remove formatting. You can cmd-b, cmd-i, etc. to remove but button clicks aren't working to remove the formatting and they should be.
Fixed in 8.10.2 release
