Issue 202 fixed text fields for the majority of the browser, but fields in
native XUL controls such as the preferences box now have double stepping cursor
controls. We need to find the original code where this was kicked off and
either force that on, or use our new code from issue 202 everywhere and disable
the old code.

See http://code.google.com/p/tenfourfox/issues/detail?id=270 for how we solved
a related issue in 10.4Fx. We should look at the XBL bindings.

Only one field in prefs does it. Not worth chasing right now.
