Unresponsive / empty UI when trying to agree to CLA

I just wanted to agree to the following CLA, but the screen is unresponsive / empty (see attached screen shot):

Can you please take a look into this.
I opened the URL in another browser (Firefox) and there I could agree. But the I got stuck with the next screen that said I would be redirected. The URL of the 'click here' (https://cla-assistant.io/auth/github/callback?code=fb4c4f1f8d9d18c530b8) only retrieved an internal server error and eventually I got this: upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination
OK, I had to call https://cla-assistant.io/SAP/sap-hana-plugin-for-cytoscape?pullRequest=3 again and the I was taken back to the PR and finally saw that the CLA as having been signed.
Feel free to close this issue after you have investigated what went wrong here.
