CLA assistant login not working anymore

When I try to sign-in with GitHub to https://cla-assistant.io, I always get this error on the callback:

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection termination

This happens with both Edge and Chrome browsers on the desktop.

I had previously renamed my username from xcelerit-dev to auto-differentiation-dev and this might be related to this problem. It appears however that signing CLAs for the following CLA-enabled repositories is still working fine for contributors:

https://github.com/auto-differentiation/XAD
https://github.com/auto-differentiation/quantlib-xad

But without login, I can't see the signed CLAs or change any settings.

I'm not sure if this is related, but the license check here is not getting reported either: auto-differentiation/QuantLib-Risks-Cpp#12

I ended up removing all links to cla-assistant and unlink all repos. Then set up everything from scratch and re-import the signed CLAs again. That appears to work now.
