Support for Mastodon `indexable` attribute?

Mastodon 4.2.0 supports full-text search via an attribute that (I'm still learning the lingo here, so I'm probably getting some part of this wrong) belongs to an ActivityStreams @context on the Mastodon namespace that provides extended attributes. The relevant attribute here appears to be toot:indexable. We would want this to be opt-in, settable via the Admin page, and consider what happens to existing bookmarks vs new ones (how does Mastodon handle this?)
