Connection problems because of DataProxy

Hi!
I am using CKAN 2.9.3 on Ubuntu 20 and I am trying to use xloader. I first stopped Datapusher as asked, but I still see some connection issues with DataProxy:
Could not load view: DataProxy returned an error (Data transformation failed. error: An error occured while connecting to the server: Unable to connect to server at URL: http://12.22.22.32/dataset/a0ee1073-5816-4280-854a-4056a29ee647/resource/7cb54447-f6d1-430a-98f6-1137b826bf39/download/test.csv)
What could be the problem?
