A link between worlds crashing on save load after enabling streetpass

Description of Issue
After enabling streetpass at the old man in kakariko village the next time you load your save the game will hang and citra will crash. this can be fixed by deleting \Citra\nand\data\00000000000000000000000000000000\sysdata\00010026\
Expected Behavior
It doesn't crash and loads normally
Reproduction Steps
Go to kakariko village and talk to the old man to enable streetpass. after you enable it restart the game and attempt to load your save.
