Linking a game's compatibility rating to different regional IDs (NTSC to PAL and vice versa)

What feature are you suggesting?
I'm suggesting that the compatibility rating system for Citra should be upgraded to handle copying ratings for a game over to the game's ID for another region.
Why would this feature be useful?
The main case for this would be folks with mostly PAL games like me. All my PAL region 3DS games have a compatibility rating for their respective NTSC versions, however these don't show in Citra at the moment.
