Initial / default main page, data ordering

• Ideally we want to get away as far as possible from cemented / hard-coded metrics
• The data in the main table, when the website is first opened should not have a specific order
• One idea is to add a random number to the answer we get from the IP address and reorder the order of the validators appearing by default (A-Z can correspond to XYZ, etc)
• Issues: refreshing the page for a ddos attack will become easy
