Implement search function / Make explorer `work`

- Main idea: search in explorer or on website
- Can search tx, val name, network name, something on site (metric name, word search, etc) - this means that for now any search of a network would take to /networks/bostrom or 404, a search by tx would be 404 for now
- 2 buttons underneath:
- Lucky button takes to random validator page. i.e validatorinfo.com/validators/citizenweb3.
- 2nd button for now is 404 (ai search)
