Sometimes unable to connect to Scapy server

Looks like if scapy server is started on python3 we unable to connect (issue when parsing request on scapy side)
Connectivity issue was reproducible if TRex's Scapy server was started on python3. Fixed in this commit:
cisco-system-traffic-generator/trex-core@7954d83
Will appear in new version of TRex
