Is there any trick to getting this to pick the correct language each time? After testing (the defaults) numerous times, i do not seem to get 100% consistency:
packer build templates/vanilla-ventura.pkr.hcl

I think the key is to perform this on a system in isolation
Definitely still happens in isolation
