CVEs in hubble-ui:v0.12.2

A vulnerability scanner tool identified these CVEs in the hubble-uiimage:
- CVE-2023-46218 - curl and libcurl packages
- CVE-2023-46219 - curl and libcurl packages
- CVE-2023-6129 - libcrypto3 and libssl3
This issue is a request to provide a new hubble-ui image that upgrades these libraries to newer versions without the CVEs. Thank you!
v0.12.3 has been released previous week with the dependency updates
