try ansible playbooks used by certification system

Pushing to certification registry and waiting for the results can take a very long time. It maybe possible to catch some issues early (localy or in GitHub Actions) by running the same ansible playbooks that certification system uses, which can be found in https://github.com/redhat-operator-ecosystem/operator-test-playbooks.
