i have the same problem, it doesn't work on paper 1.8.8, the class modifier comes with a great exception at start of the java shell script

No its not. Just installed and have the same issue.
I had the same issue, then i downloaded SNAPSHOT version from this link #180 (comment) and it solved my problem
