Error executing task on server

Describe the issue
When placing certain blocks in a slime world (first happened with a blast furnace but I was able to replicate it with other complex blocks as well), a NPE occurs along with the message "error executing task on server".

How to reproduce
Not entirely certain, though I've only came across this issue when breaking and placing blocks in a cloned world.
