Long task names push Context, Project columns out

Not sure what's the best way to handle this but long task names interfere with the formatting.
It could be reasonable to increase the standard padding, how many chars do you find you're using for tasks?
I think 40 chars for the task names should be good. Thanks!
compromised at 35 to preserve minimized terminals' UX. Also added validations to prevent formatting problems. Thanks for the recommendation, if you find useful ways to involve calamity in command chains please add them to the recipes wiki page: https://github.com/chumpy/calamity/wiki/recipes
