Configurable series range

Right now, the plot charts show all data (this makes the points to expand, not to move or pan). Make it configurable so the user can select a range they want to see and move/pan back in history.
This involves adding timestamps. Right now there is no concept of timestamp in the CLI. It may require switching the source API to the prometheus one.
