Feature Request: Option from CLI to make bundle and terminate

An option that makes the bundle once and does not watch the filesystem afterwards. Maybe use this option when --wait is -1, or add a unique option like --bundle-only
@sorucoder Added in version 3.4.0, you can run tic-bundle once by using tic-bundle -b
