Create alternate platform layout

I noticed today that some platforms have a sign which shows more information about the layout and carriages, this is a reminder to look into the possibility of replicating that.

I also spotted this layout for less advanced stations this morning.
(Yes there are finally some cables there, they may get power to them in 2028)
