Show position in currently selected pattern by flashing pads

In euclidean mode the length of the pattern can be less than 1 bar (sixteen sixteenths). This would be more obvious if we lit up the pad corresponding to the position of the "playhead" within the currently selected pattern.
I merged a basic version of this in 24fe369. It certainly helps to give a visual clue in Euclidean sequencer mode. At the moment the progress light is the same brightness and colour as the selected pad lights, which is a bit distracting, but I'm going to leave that until it annoys me enough to fix it.
