Toolbar is not showing properly

Description of the bug
After setting up the tool bar I get only the frame
Steps to reproduce
Nothing specific
Expected behavior
The toolbar should shot the added command and icon.

Thanks for the interest :) In the end I just hidden the toolbar on desktop by mistake.
