Hi there,

should we add <meta name="keywords" content="foo"> to the <head> of the index.html or possibly to template.tpl (if we would include such an option, see #74).

As a bonus, we should allow author: x, description: y and keywords: z as structured input via yaml in the pages and posts md files.
