Simple python tools for ebeam lithography
Convert .dxf files to various plain text formats such as DC2 and .gdsii
Import and image along wtih a .dxf layer defining markers. Position markers on image to rescale/rotate/warp image to fit markers. Add transformed image back to .dxf in proper position.
