integrate choochootrain/choochoo-toolkit

deploy all dotfiles from choochootrain/choochoo-toolkit directly - may need to nixify this slightly
- see NixUP: NixOS/nixpkgs#9250 and referenced projects
also add back any dotfiles that were placed in nixos-config directly:
- inputrc
- editrc
- others?
