It'd be good to easily see what version a collection or record is following, and perhaps try to do some beta releases.

Should we use conformsTo JSON somewhere? Link to it or have it inline? A set location wouldn't make sense, but a specific link could.

Also we should have a JSON schema to easily validate. Perhaps that's something you can get at the conformance URI.
