Ensure correct usage of ListCommand after upstream changes in Chocolatey CLI

In issue #2626 of Chocolatey, usage of the choco list command to do searchs against a repository was marked as deprecated, and then it was removed completely in #158.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

With these changes in place, we need to change the usage of the ListCommand in Chocolatey GUI to ensure correct usage of choco list when doing local searches, and choco search when doing remote searches.
