Remove use of `sizeByPixelDensity` in `gatsby-plugin-sharp`

The sizeByPixelDensity has been removed from gatsby-plugin-sharp since v4.0.0 so I instead forked this at chitoku-k/gatsby-plugin-sharp to keep this old behavior. Ideally this workaround should be removed in the future.
