Is it supposed to work with IMG tag ?

spent some time - no luck, can't get what's wrong. when I wrap img in span works fine. sorry found no info about it in older issues.
Images (like INPUT tags) cannot have pseudo elements and so tooltips won't work directly on them. Wrapping is the only solution.
