Starting from version 8.9 the chiff cli doesn't work anymore.

debug1: get_agent_identities: ssh_fetch_identitylist: communication with agent failed

Probably because they changed the protocol.

Thanks for reporting, will be fixed in the next release. Will make a release soon, but you can already test it on the main branch if you can't wait :).
