I'm getting an error saying authentication required, username and password not accepted for the gmail address, even though the username and password are absolutely correct. Why is this happening?
If u have been able to execute and run the script well, kindly help me please with the execution as it get stuck in between in the power shell, i can share the screeshots.
The author of the script have already informed gmail and it has been fixed, maybe it doesnt work for gmail now.
On playstore search "SCUPPER" THIS WORKS FOR GMAIL SPOOF.

For the tool, I ran it in client mode and followed the instructions exactly, the only issue was authentication when sending the email. At what point are you getting an error?

You should use Google App Passwords.
When you use 2-Step Verification, Google blocks login access from third-party apps like espoofer. App Passwords are a way to bypass the restriction.
In order to turn on google app passwords, i have to enable 2-step verification. I turned app passwords on and set the app as espoofer, but that didn't work.
