logstash-forwarder launch directory

It seems that logstash-forwarder will be launched at / (since the .logstash-forwarder file is there)
I think that's not an good idea. maybe the file should reside in /var/db/logstash or similar.
This was reported as issue upstream. I'll look if it was resolved.
