I would like to see if it would be possible to add a bootstrap option top update vaults that have encrypted data for provisioning purposes. We store some of our credentials that we use when provisioning servers, so having that option would be sweet.

A pull request to do this world likely be accepted, however c-p is community supported at this point so someone world have to implement it
