We need to replicate and improve README from https://github.com/nrmancuso/idea-inspections-docker. We should include details about how to execute inspections in container locally.

Good callout 😂 seems like it is pretty much the same. I can't think of any way to improve it, thanks for pointing this out. I will close this issue.
