User cannot add new card in My Account > Payment Methods

Recently we noticed that the button to add new card in my account > payment methods doesn't trigger any action while adding a new card to checkout.com
We are not able to replicate this issue or it is fixed already so closing this issue, Please feel free to reopen if you are still facing same issue.
